The Mindway fast activation thermal battery is engineered for applications that demand millisecond-level response and instant high power. Unlike conventional batteries that require warm-up or have inherent delays, our instant start thermal battery uses advanced pyrotechnic heating elements to bring the electrolyte to operating temperature in sub- 60 ms. This rapid activation thermal battery is ideal for aircraft ejection seats, request super fast activation speed (within 0.1s)  and other emergency ejection systems. With hermetically sealed construction and 15 year shelf life, it provides reliable, one-shot energy exactly when needed.
